Delivery Information

At Victoria’s Little Bra Shop, we aim to dispatch items as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and stock availability. Please note, that at busy times it may take a little longer to dispatch items to you.

To guarantee same day dispatch, please ensure you place your order by 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the 2pm cutoff time will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that your credit/debit card will be charged when you place your order. With regards to out of stock items, we will contact you via email as soon as possible with an estimated new delivery date. You reserve the right to cancel items at this stage and we will provide you with a full refund. Victoria’s Little Bra Shop does not accept liability for stock availability.

UK Delivery

All items are sent via Royal Mail signed for delivery. If all your items are in stock, you should receive them within 2-4 working days. Please note that, due to Royal Mail strikes, your delivery may be delayed.

Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders (for a limited time only).

Express Delivery (next working day) is £7.95 and all items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed For.

International Delivery

Europe Signed For delivery is £10.00 and if all your items are in stock, you should receive them within 4-6 working days.

Worldwide Signed For delivery is £12.00 and if all your items are in stock, you should receive them within 5-10 working days.

Duties & Taxes on European and Worldwide orders – Please note that your orders are DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and so you will need to pay any local customs, taxes or import duties at your country’s set rate. We are unable to assist or advise with any custom related delays, charges or restrictions so please check what they might be before you place your order.

Returns and Exchanges

All our items are individually quality checked before they are dispatched, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund (excluding the cost of postage). Items must be unworn, with labels/tags still intact and returned to us in their original condition.

Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, knickers and hosiery cannot be returned unless faulty. We hope you understand and we apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

All returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date you received your order, please allow at least four days for postage. You will be required to cover the shipping and they must be returned via a traceable method – we recommend Royal Mail Signed For. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they are signed for by us.

With regards to exchanging items, we will ship your first exchange to you free of charge, once we have received the items in satisfactory condition. Any subsequent exchanges will require payment of additional postal costs from you.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@victoriaslittlebrashop.com – please include your name, the unique order number (which can be found on your delivery note) and the names of the items you wish to return. Please post your parcel back to the following address:

Once we have received your items, we aim to process your return or exchange within 1-3 working days. You will be notified by email once your return or exchange has been processed.

Faulty Items

Any verified faulty items will be exchanged or fully refunded (excluding postage costs). Please contact us on 01306 743338 or info@victoriaslittlebrashop.com at your earliest convenience.
